Just recieved the stroller yesterday. Quick delivery. Was easy to assemble, even came with a plastic rain cover. Put my 2 little dogs in it and they seemed to like it. Too cold to take it outside now. Will have to wait till spring. Love the navy color. There is a small D-ring on upper front portion of the canopy. Not sure what for, maybe to attach a leash too? Great product, well made.
Now that that's out of the way, on to the product. I bought it for the price and didn't expect to anything too fancy. As other reviewers have written, the instructions are minimal. But unlike the other reviewers, I didn't think it was all that difficult to assemble. It comes folded,with the body completely assembled. All you need to do is put on the tray, and wheels. I recommend printing up,or pulling up,a picture of it completely assembled to help. There are also a few reviewers who complained that they couldn't find the second washer. I looked in one of the wheels, and there it was. Why do they put one washer in the bag with the screws and the other in one of the wheels? Got me.
After I got it put together, I also noticed the large gaps on either side of the stroller. They are around the hood and the zipper. I solved this problem by putting a big safety pin on either side. Now my average sized cat cannot poke her head through.
How well does it work? It isn't great, but it'll do the trick. The wheels won't be the most cooperative, but I managed. I've taken mine over cracked pavement, and across the yard to help get her used to being in it. The biggest problem I have is steering. The wheels don't always want to go in the proper direction right away.
Lastly. How does my pet like it. At first, she hated it. In fact, the first time I took her out in it, she ran under the bed and didn't come out for about two hours after we got back. I solved the problem by putting her favourite toys, and one of her fave beds inside, then leaving it open for her to come and go as she pleased. Once she gained my trust, I wheeled her around the house with it open so that she could jump out whenever she pleased. Low and behold, after a few months of using the stroller as a second bed, she's now used to it. In fact, just the other day, when she was begging to go out side, I took her over and she jumped right in.
So, there it is. If you want something to take your small to medium sized critters out and about, this is an OK product. There's enough room inside to pad the inside and help fend off cold. Plus the removable, and reversible pad has fleece lining on one side and nylon on the other so it can be used in different types of weather. Lastly, if you're accustom to putting things together, the assembly should be relatively simple.

It is a pretty good knockoff of a more expensive brand name sold at Petco for $99, but when compared side by side with a friend's pet stroller that she bought at Petco, I could see that the fabric on this one is not as thick and nice looking, and the zippers for the top and body of the stroller don't come down all the way, so there is a big gap on each side of the stroller, and my little Malteses can get out this way, and they did jump out of the stroller. So I think the design is a bit flawed, but it works. I can take my 2 malteses out on the stroller when I go walking. While it's in motion, they won't jump out. Oh, when I was assembling the stroller, I found one washer for the back wheels missing from the shipment. I since contacted the seller to send me the missing washer, but they never responded or sent it to me. So if I were to rate this seller, it would be a one star for their lack of response. I bought a stroller for twice the amount at petsmart and was very dissapointed... It was small, flimsy and the front smooshed down when open, the zipper was super thin and the threading was coming undone out of the box. I wants a three wheeler stroller with rugged wheels but the cost wasn't in my budget so I purchase this item. It was super easy to put together I didn't even open the instructions... Both my boston terrier and pug fit perfectly and it's tall enough for my boston to stand or sit without his head touching the top. I love that it has mesh on all sides and that was also a selling point for me. I am dissapointed in the wheels as they are smooth rather than rugged. But it was to be expected. I am very pleased with the thick zipper and structured basket so that I can open it and my pups can rest their heads while looking out. I'm also pleased with the muted dark navy color so that I don't have "look at my furry kids" on my forehead. We bought this for longer walks and to take our furry kids to outdoor events and swap meets that we often frequent. Over all... Very pleased with this purchase. I have a pug and after 10mins walk he gets too tired and stops walking. This product serves the purpose. Love the color and quality and for the price it is excellent. My pet enjoys the rides
