Cat Craft 124070 1-Story Condo Tower (Colors may vary)

Cat condos are pretty expensive, so I wanted to get something that would please my cat and my wallet. This seemed like the perfect starter condo, and for 30 bucks it was the best deal I found.

The condo comes in a box and is pretty easy to assemble, but you will need a screwdriver to attach the scratching post. Once it's together it is relatively sturdy, but there were a couple of my times when my cat was scratching and I thought he might pull it over. It's also a little small. A medium-large cat will probably be peaking out of the house rather than fitting entirely inside. Also, we received one in a light blue color. You can't select a color, but it seems like they'll just send you a random one. It does tend to shed also. If your cat scratches the fluff a lot, expect to have to vacuum around it every few days.

Overall, this cat condo is a pretty good value especially for smaller cats, but just keep in mind that for a cheaper product you do have to make some sacrifices.

The item was a good price for what you get, it does shed and is not big enough for a larger cat to sleep in as stated in other reviews. I was dumbfounded when I opened it (the box was not sealed so someone else must have returned it)to see a dark forest green thing. I am truly not happy about that. I bought it as a gift for someone who has a completely neutral home. I am not returning it because she did not mind the color for where she put it. There were only 2 reviews when I purchased this and they said the color was a little lighter or darker than pictured, the other reviews about blue colors were not up or I would have purchased the other one I was eying. The description says neutral colors in more than one place, and I feel that is absolute false advertising. Overall we are happy for what we paid for and that is why I gave 3 stars.

I received my kittie condo. It is constructed good and fairly easy to asemble but it says it comes in neutral colors. Mine is blue, I don't mind since my room is blue but be warned you may not get the color you want.

Well constructed, with a nice scratching post connecting the condo part to the perch. However, both the condo and perch are very small, so you should consider getting this only if you have kittens or a very very small cat. My cat (about 12 lbs) was too big to even get in the condo or really sit on the perch.

I bought this to replace a single condo that was coming apart. Quite suddenly I found myself fostering abandoned kittens and needed something for them to climb on and sleep in. My ten month old cat also likes to sit on top and watch the kittens scramble up to her. It seems well made. Only time will tell if the carpet will last more than a couple years. They like to play on it, and I'm very happy with it. It is used in addition to a multi-level cat tree.
