Our Pets Go Cat Go Zig-N-Zag Ball (Colors Vary)

This product is a fantastic idea, but doesn't work with my cats. It has a rubber-band going through the middle that has something heavy on it (perhaps a marble or something metal?). When the cats hit the ball or it is thrown, the item in the middle moves at a different rate than the ball and it hits the inside of the ball, causing the ball to change directions unexpectedly. While this is an awesome idea, when the item in the middle hits the inside edges of the ball, it makes a really loud clapping noise that spooks the cats. We've had this toy for several months and every time they try to play with it, the noise scares them away. Could be a good product for cats used to loud noises.

I thought he would like the unpredictable zig-zag movements of this ball but my poor cat was too freaked out by this ball that I gave it away. The ball is made of a very hard plastic, which creates a loud noise when rolling on my wood floors. I think this is partly what freaked my cat out. In general, it's far less exciting than I had anticipated. I agree with other reviewers....SAVE YOUR MONEY for a better toy!

This ball is by far my cats favorite toy. If I had 20 of them he would be in heaven. However he bats it around so hard into walls and appliances(my cat is quite large) that I have superglued the 2 halves back together 4 times now. So I guess if the construction was a little better it would get a higher rating.

This ball does nothing. I had to put catnip on it to even get my cat to look at it. My cat ususally plays with anything but this was a dud! I would not recommend this to anyone. Good thing it was cheap!

I have a cat that is a little on the "chubby" size....so I purchased this toy/snack ball, to see if she would run around & exercise a little bit....and she does, and when she gets tired, well she just doesn't get any snacks..she has to work for them!
