This makes a fantastic home for rats and easily hangs from the cage. I love it because it is super easy to keep clean and the rats absolutely love it. I often put paper towels inside for them to make a nest with and change them out daily. If you have rats -this is a must.

I wasn't too sure about this when I bought it, I wasn't sure how it was going to afix to the top of the cage when I got it. But I put it together and put it on the roof of the cage and it has stayed ever since then and that was over a month ago.

This space pod has ended up being the favorite palce for my rats to sleep and hide, they love this so much I may have to buy another one because I ahve four rats and while three of them might like to pile in it at the same time and sleep, It can't be all that comfortable. But I know they will comfortably fit two at a time inside to sleep.

I was afaid it would fall from the roof of the cage but with all the jumping and exploring my four rats ahve done, it hasn't moved at all. If you ahve rats, get this and they will love it.

easy to install and easy to wash.It fits best in a large cage but goes in a small one too. The ratties love this pod. Gives them a nice snuggly place to sleep and they dont chew it to peices. I give them some shreded paper so they can make it a cozier nest.

I have 2 Fancy Rates. They both love, love this space ship (this is what my kids call it). Rhrino and Blackie love sleeping in this pod. It is a great size for two small rats to fit. It attaches to the top of the cage with no problem at all. I recomend this item. I know it is great for my Rats, I think it would be good for hamsters also.
