This toy seemed so great! My dog loved it, she loved the squeak and the size was just right. I was excited that it was made by Kong, I hoped that would mean it would last for a while. I was very wrong. She chewed it enough to kill the squeaker within minutes. Once the squeak was gone, so was her interest. This toy is far too expensive to be so fragile, but it's fun while it lasts!

I have a 2yr old bit bull who is a chewer like most pits. She's still in the puppy stage and very playful so i bought this thinking it would distract her for a while. DID NOT HAPPEN. She chewed right thru this on the first day within 5 minutes. I have purchased other Kong products that have worked great but this one did not live up to my expectations.

My little Pom has a tendency to chew and destroy any soft rubber toys. So many of the firmer rubber/plastic toys are too hard and have no appeal for him. However this is the perfect size for him to carry around. He can chew and chew with no problems. It's his absolute favorite toy, especially for tossing and retrieving outdoors.

My 2 yr old "puppy" loves this toy. She doesn't squeak it very much but like to chase it (quirky bounce really appeals to her) and to chew it. This toy is very durable.

This squeak toy was pretty durable compared to the donut version. I think I would recommend it for dogs that aren't expert chewers though, my Jack Russel popped the squeaker within a few days. Toy still is intact, but he wonders why it doesn't make noise. Overall, a fun product and I like that it can be thrown in the house without breaking anything because it's a soft rubber.
