Play-N-Squeak Backyard Cat Toy

This was a gift for my sister's cat's. She told me that her cats chased each other

trying to get the toy. I sent another same brand but different type so each would

have one but they each wanted both. I would say that this toy was a big hit!

My Bengal kitten is in love with this toy. I have never seen him so wrapped up in a toy and it sounds just like a baby mouse. My dogs were also interested in this toy but it obviously would not stand up to dog play. Highly recommend .

This toy was a hit instantly! The squeaks were heard by all, the dogs wanted to get a hold of it! Great toy!

Update: One of our pugs got a hold of this toy and thought it was real! What a riot!! She pounced on it and threw it up in the air (I think she was trying to kill it!) Too funny! A must for small dogs too!

If you love your cat, buy her this. I ordered this as a gift for a friend's cat, but when I took it out of the box and put in on a table (still in its packaging), my cat immediately discovered it. She would not take no for an answer. She was carrying it around, packaging and all, in her mouth. Finally, I gave in and opened it for her. She spent the next hour playing with it non-stop. This happened on the same day that I got her a kitty sill, usually a big cat favorite. Two thumbs way up!

I would not recommend this product for 2 reasons. First, my cats were just not impressed by this toy. They swatted it around a bit, but when it didn't do anything other than make noise every once in a while, they were uninterested. They prefer the string and wire bouncing toys.

Second (and more importantly), the little sound piece fell out of the bird's back and is a total choking hazard! The sound piece is not sewn in or anything, so it is very easy for it to fall out. I don't know about anyone else, but basically anything my cats should not be chewing on or putting into their mouths, they do. As a result, I will not be buying any other of the rodent variations of this toy in the future!
