Not for a Yorkie. This is a homemade outfit. Not to keep any dog secure. It is in its packaging, and not even worthy of giving to a shelter. What should I do with it? Cute.. But, not a secure method of leash/ collar for any pup or doggie.

I rate negative. A first time dog owner would not know any different, you should be ashamed.
