about catnip, my cat had climbed into the grocery bag and was attacking this ball before i even started to empty the grocery bag. I had bought this ball for a cat who i was about to start fostering, not the cat who we have had for 5years as our cat likes fresh catnip, but if you pick a piece of catnip off the plant and wait more then a minute before handing it over Stewie (our cat) wont have anything to do with it, and same with dried catnip, and catnip spray yet he could smell this ball and played with it as tho it was fresh right off the plant catnip, the ball also holds up well, we now have 2 in the house one for each cat and they are still looking whole. really smart treat at toy all in one.

Even though I gave 5 stars, I wish they were bigger. They need to be too big to get lost under furniture. My cat loves them, chases them till they disappear under furniture. Since I don't have the housekeeping gene, it takes some time to find them again. But, hey, that's just me. Your cat will love!
