Dog Cat Leather Collar w/ Rhinestone Heart

I would only buy this for a really small dog. I ordered this for my Pomeranian who is only 9 pounds, but the collar felt way too small for her. The description doesn't tell you the width of the collar, which is suitable for a smaller dog like a Yorkie or a chihuahua (a small one). The picture gives off the impression that it is a wider collar. The length was fine, but I'm sure my dog would have broken it.

I got this for my Maltese(in pink). It is very pretty on her and it really sparkles in the sunlight. Wish there was a way to hook her leash on to it so the heart is on top of her neck. She likes to show off her pretty accessories, but no one can see the heart when out walking.
