My kitty loved this. He still likes his play time with me, but I see him often go over to it and try to catch the white ball. He will come from all angles trying to get it out. He will sit and spin for several minutes, several times a day. A great addition to his toy collection.Want Turbo Cat Scratcher Discount?
This was my kitten's preferred toy for a while. The other kitten did not really care for it, but will play with it a bit now. The plastic this is made of feels a little bit flimsy (if you stepped on it I think it would definitely crack) but it is quite big and noticeable on the ground, so there isn't a high chance of stepping on it. The scratcher area in the middle is just regular cardboard, but it's a nice addition rather than having a platform in the middle. My cats have not used it as a scratcher, probably because it is horizontal. I didn't receive the cat nip in a packet with the scratcher, so I am assuming that it is already rubbed onto the scratcher. It doesn't have any noticeable effect, but I think it's because my kittens are still too young to really be affected by cat nip. Besides actually rolling the ball around the track, the kittens seem to enjoy lying IN the track on their side...You may have to push the ball around gently (not fast) at first to get them interested in it, but after that they will learn how to do it on their own.The kitties will play with this at least once a daynot religiously, but more than enough to make it a worthwhile buy if you have some floor space to spare.
