Super Pet Perfect Chews for Chinchillas

I put this in one of my chinchilla cages, not noticing that the core of this toy is made out of a wood kabab-type stick (guess I should have read the description more carefully). Two inquisitive boys had it chewed completely apart with it's pieces scattered around the cage in less than 10 minutes. Right now it's just the metal clip with a 1/2" of wood hanging off it. You definitely won't get your money's worth when giving this to chinchillas!

My chins don't really seem to care too much, but they've done a bit of gradual gnawing on it. Hopefully yours will have more interest in it. I can't say anything bad about it, just stuff like this is hit or miss with small pets.

My chinchilla adores these things! I always purchase multiples when a get them. A great for your chins, heck even other rodents would probably have a blast with it.

This toy worked well for my chinchilla. She has not destroyed it completely after about a month of play. However, she seems to prefer the metal kabob toy more than this toy. I believe that it might have something to do with the size of the toy: this chew toy is quite small. I can put larger blocks of wood and a greater assortment of chews on the metal kabob, but the chews on this toy are in a fixed position and changing the order/size of the chews isn't an option. However, like I said, it seems to work well and hold up nicely.
