Ordered this for a cigar loving dog lover. The picture shows a box with multiple ropes. What I got today was a single rope, no box. Re-reading the description carefully it says "Stick" not "Sticks" as the photo implies. So again misleading. I thought the price was fair for what was pictured but for one nine inch yarn rope it is very expensive. And I agree w/ the other post it doesn't seem very durable.
I bought this item for my lab, who loves playing fetch and tug I thought the woven material would be easier on his teeth. He is a chewer, however, and it wasn't 5 minutes of playing before he had the core ripped out. As it turned out, the end of the stogie is sewn shut with some fairly weak thread. It's not unusual for my dog to destroy his toys, but I decided to contact the company (Loopies) anyway. I did receive a response within a few days of my email, however the company indicated the stogie is a fetch toy and I shouldn't have allowed my dog to have it when we weren't playing fetch I responded to thier email, but received no further contact from them. I feel they were extremely indifferent and that thier customer service is very poor. I will not be purchasing any more Loopies brand product.
