Buy Cat Craft 124003 3-Tier Cat Climbing Tree Now
Bought it at Walmart 3 years ago and now I am getting ready to get the same kind as a replacement. It withstood a LOT of abuse from my two cats, so I consider 3 years an accomplishment. My cats love it, they race up and down, hang off of it, and even though it wobbles, the spring has kept it stable and secure the whole time. The carpet padding survived more than two years of heavy scratching and only within the last half a year it started to tear. It is definitely worth the money.Read Best Reviews of Cat Craft 124003 3-Tier Cat Climbing Tree Here

I bought a couple of these about 3 years ago at Wal-Mart for approx. $40 each, and I've been quite satisfied with them, considering the low cost. My cats love them. They climb up and down them several times a day, which is good exercise for indoor cats. Occasionally, I move them around the house, and the cats love it when they are in a new spot. They are light enough for me to move them without any help, so that's good. I had a little bit of trouble putting the pieces together, but I must admit, I don't tend to be good at that sort of thing. Still, I was able to accomplish it without too much fuss.Someone recommended gluing a little rubber furniture cup to the top of the pole to protect your ceilings, and that might be a good idea. I have a couple of marks on my ceilings, but nothing drastic, and like I said, they have gotten a LOT of daily use in the past 3 years. Also when I bought it, Cat Craft did supply a small piece of wood for this purpose. At one point, I called the manufacturer to ask for an extension pole, and they were very nice about it.
If I were to make one request of the manufacturer, it would be this: Please offer a version in Sisal or something similar. And it would be great if the carpet colors were more muted. Also, the design would be better if the carpeting went all around the bottom of each step, because you can see the bare wood underneath. But if you put it in an out-of-the-way corner of your house, that wouldn't be a major issue, especially considering that the price is so reasonable compared to other types of cat trees.
