I have to say that I ordered this product from another vendor but about the time I should have recieved it they cancelled my order with very little notice. I am very happy with this product my cats love it they had torn the other one to shreds but then I couldn't find them at the store any longer so I tryed this route very very pleased with the sevice and I will order again.

Cats are thrilled with the new refill especially the catnip included with it. Overall the base is junk but it holds up inspite of that the cats love to scratch the emery pads (not sure if it cuts their claws, but they are happy so, whatever).

We has a hard time finding refills. Frost had torn up the one that came with the cat scratcher. She likes this one better than the round one she has.
