Our problem though is that Pip is a ripper. He can shred a perfectly new yellow Kong squeaky tennis ball in under 5 minutes. So obviously we needed to find something sturdier. My first try was the Medium Squeezz toy.
This ball is a good size for Charlie but not Pip. Pip managed to crack the ball on the end and dislodge the squeaker in one day. After I removed the squeaker, which was rattling around on the inside, I gave the ball back to the dogs and they continued playing, until the ball was lost. This is unfortunate because I can't say how well the ball would hold up to his continued chewing and mouthing.
CONCLUSION
Don't buy the ball if squeaking is mandatory. We've purchases 3 balls -1 medium and 2 large -and they all stopped making noise with an hour.
Try this ball if you need a sturdier ball. We purchased 2 large balls (one of which is currently missing) and Pip hasn't cracked either of them.
The Medium size is good for our Jackie Russell. While she can pick up the Large size, the medium allows for better chewing and mouthing.

Squeak was gone in a flash, and that's the part my dog loves about these toys. Probably won't order again.Read Best Reviews of KONG Squeezz Ball Dog Toy, Medium, Colors Vary Here
This Kong ball was inexpensive and is very durable. My powerful chewer destroys tennis balls, but this rubber ball holds up perfectly. It's also easy to wash with a little warm water if it does get dirty. My dog loves the squeak it makes and its a good size for a medium/large dog. You don't get to pick your color, but if it doesn't matter to you, this ball is perfect!Want KONG Squeezz Ball Dog Toy, Medium, Colors Vary Discount?
Kong Squeeze ball medium and Lrge. I have a Cairn/Aussie Terrier mix she weighs 15 lbs, and she was able to destroy the medium Kong Squeeze ball in just a few playdays. I usually supervise playdays and let them play with these sort of toys and them remove them , but she tore it open exposing the inside roll, so i took it away for good much to hse great disappointment as it was fast her favorite toy.So i will be trying the orka ball next.
She is an aggressive chewer. I would think Kong would have come up with something better than a ball that a 15 lb little terrier could destroy in such a short time.
She would squeak it over and oever and over again, but it came apart at the seams. I also have 2 large balls but I am certain they will come apart too.
Bad design Kong. I am sorry I wasted my hard to come by money on these.
