bought this for my 2 cats it's cute, the construction is solid it doesn't quite stand upright on it's own I used some cardboard tubes to prop it up but I think after it's been out of the box awhile that will end. The problem the cat in the picture is obviously a tiny cat or young kitten this item is MUCH smaller than it looks like in the pic only one adult cat will fit in this at a time, and the holes are JUST big enough for a cat to enter my cat is a small, female 8 pound American Shorthair. And the shoe is JUST big enough for her to lie down in. Her brother, who's also an American Shorthair but a bit more big boned 12 lb, won't fit in it at all. My little girl seems to like it, and her brother now has sole custody of the "cat tent" I got elsewhere. They are happy, so I am happy. But I still feel the picture is misleading and should include something who's size is universally understood like a dollar bill so people can really get an idea of the size. For an item like this, that's an irregular shape, it's not easy to get a sense of size from the measurements (23" x 14" x 12") particurarly when such a small cat is pictured with the item.

Received as a gift. There is, for some odd reason a zipper running around the entire bottom of the product. That zipper half-broke on the initial zipping up, then within 10 minutes of cat time, zip chain separated in various places and then the slider body came off one side of the zipper chain.

The cat enjoyed it for those few minutes, but it's headed to the landfill now...

First off, it was way smaller than depicted in the picture. It wouldn't stay unfolded, it just sorta fell back into the shape it was in in the box. And to top it all off regardless of what I did my cat couldn't care less about it. Complete waste of money.

Item came folded in a box, there is no way to keep the back( of shoe) straight. Three weeks later my cats do not use it because the only place large enough to enter is the front. The shoe playhouse is definitely stuffed with something for photo.
