For years our now 7 year old Manchester had eaten Science Diet bought from vet. Coat now thick and glossy, eyes clear, skin clear with no lesions after first few weeks, feels great and very energetic and playful where used to be in pain and acted like old dog. I first learned of this food when I went to Petco to check out the Blue Buffalo brand. One of our dogs has had some stomach issues and had been on a prescribed diet that was expensive. We were recommended to try Natural Balance. Our dogs love it. We have four small breed dogs, and our chihuahua with the stomach problems has no problems eating it. No messes, gas or anything. We would highly recommend it for picky dogs also. My 1-1/2 year old basenji/jack russell mix loves this dog food. He's been noticeably healthier and more energetic since I switched him over from the standard dog foods earlier this year. On the normal dog foods, he'd eat up to 3 cups of dog food a day (the recommended serving for his size), whereas he only eats about 1 cup to 1-1/2 cup of the Natural Balance dog food a day. I got this as a try out, before committing to a larger bag. Dogs love it, as they do all the products from this company. They have eaten the biscuits, and the meat rolls are gobbled up. The meat rolls help a lot with giving meds, as my dog is one smart cookie when it comes to meds. Anyway, I like this dog food in the small bites, as my older dog is having a hard time chewing. So with this, the bites are smaller and easier for her to break up, and sometimes she just swallows them without chewing, with no problem.The larger sizw also helps with her chewing as they are flat round pieces and easy for her to bite thru. I recommend this product for your pets.
