This is the gold standard in carriers. It has a nice little sheepskin lining and a sturdy outside. I have two that I have used to carry any combination of my 2 cats (7 lb and 14 lb) and dog (11 lb). No one has destroyed them, and we have made crosscountry trips on planes with them in them. They fit well under the seat, but be aware that you will have maybe only 1/4 of the footroom left. There are nice little windows for the dogs to look out of. Most people don't realize that they are carriers, except for kids they are always pointing out to their parents the dogs or kitties inside. They can be collapsed pretty easily especially if you remove the little plastic rods on the top. I would recommend this to anyone as there are imitation carriers that I've seen dogs smaller than mine eat up. The dragon was a nice touch. It's very sturdy and has held up to my chewer. It doesn't even look dirty after a year.
I love this carrier. It looks better than on the photo and it's pretty sturdy. It's the perfect size for flying and it won't collapse on your pet. It really is nice and firm, but still could be squeezed under the seat of the plane. I love the golden zippers. Very pretty. I love it!

Our Brussels Griffon loves this thing. She didn't want to get out of it when we tried it out to make sure it is a good size. She weighs 7#s and has plenty of room. The free toy that came with it didn't squeak but I had to send the whole thing back if I wanted another one...too much trouble.

We used it on a Delta flight and had no problem. It also worked great during our move to help us tote our dog back and forth to the sitters. She loved being able to see us from the sides or unzipping it so she could look out of the top. The shoulder strap is wonderful and keeps it from digging into your shoulder while carrying it. It looks like it is very well made and hopefully it will last us for a long time.

We used these carriers on a very long overseas flight from Tokyo to Philadelphia, PA. We carried our two cats in two carriers. One being a male about 11lbs and one a young female about 8lbs. Our male did just fine, only whining and wanting out the whole time. However our female actually chewed a large hole in the mesh venting, large enough for her to get out! This fabric is not strong enough if you have a strong willed pet who doesn't want to be in the carrier! We had to use duct tape to seal off the entire mesh area so that she could not escape during our 3 very long flights!
