To preface my review, every cat is different and will like different things. I have the world's PICKIEST cat. He's one of the only cats on the planet that isn't interested by catnip. He only likes string and fabric scraps. Easy for me, but due to safety concerns, I can't really leave him alone with these things. So I bought him some of these flippers because he likes the little plastic rings on the "things on strings" type of toys. I tossed him one of these, and to my surprise, he immediately started playing with it. He only played with it for a few minutes though, and now only picks it up when I throw it on the ground. This is one of those toys that he has to be in the right mood to enjoy. Either way, it was surprising that he took interest at all. I will occasionally find it in different spots throughout the apartment, so I know he plays with it sometimes. I didn't give it a full five stars because he doesn't go crazy for it, but he at least will pay attention to it unlike so many other toys I've tried.//Edit//
DO NOT BUY THESE FOR YOUR CAT! My kitty apparently found a way to chew this toy down to tiny little pieces of plastic, and he's been swallowing them. I've found piles of vomit all over the house with bits of these little plastic toys in the center. Called the vet, and I've been monitoring him. He's doing fine, but I could imagine for a smaller cat, this could be a big problem.

These are just as advertised, quality materials and no yucky rubber smell. Our cats just didn't get excited about them, nothing wrong with the product but you can't please every cat. I've found ours prefer to chase things whereas these are better for cats who like to toss things around.Unfortunately, my cat chewed these into pieces within minutes of getting them. Good thing I was watching because it was about to become very dangerous had he swallowed the pieces.
